An IHttpModule implementation for ASP.NET that maps subdomain headers to subdirectory applications in a shared hosting environment approximate the ability to run multiple applications in the root directory.
ContentGator

Allows web developers to automatically serve aggregated content (css, js, etc) from their web pages. By simply listing relative paths, files are grouped by content type and aggregated into a single file, which is automatically served with GZip or Deflate compression.
CompiledThemeBuildProvider

An ASP.NET BuildProvider implementation that allows developers to create compiled, and therefore reusable themes for ASP.NET web sites.
